The Ivy flat cap is one of the slimmest shapes in our collection. If you prefer not to wear a wide-brimmed cap, this is the shape for you. This version is made entirely from virgin wool, in genuine Harris Tweed with a herringbone weave and a fine check pattern.

Harris Tweed is one of the most distinctive fabrics in the world. Every metre is hand-woven in the Outer Hebrides, off the coast of Scotland. The fabric carries the protected Orb mark of the Harris Tweed Authority, proving its authenticity. The colour is a mottled mix of grey and ash green, with a hint of blue and rust-coloured accents in the check pattern. This gives the cap a calm look from a distance and a lively one up close. A warm, robust wool that’s perfect to wear through autumn and winter.

This cap comes from the workshop of City Sport, a Belgian atelier that still produces in Belgium today. At Harbor of Men, we choose the fabric, colour and shape ourselves. So you don’t get a standard, mass-produced cap, but one we’ve deliberately had made for our collection.
