Ordering:

After you made your selection, go to your shopping basket. Here you have the choice on how to pay and how you would like to receive the order. After you have filled in the necessary details and payment, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.

Don’t receive an email or won’t appear in your inbox? Take a quick look at your spam folder in your email address. It may be that the mail program mistakenly sees it as spam.

Free delivery.

Do you order for an amount higher than 99 euros? Then the shipping is free!

For amounts below, the costs are as follows: national shipments are 6 euros and for international shipments internationally 9 euros. For an insured shipment with track and trace, we are willing to take on some of the additional costs. This way you can receive your order with peace of mind.

If you live in Antwerp, you also have the opportunity to pick it up in the store itself. This way you avoid the extra shipping costs for amounts under 99 euros!

The size isn’t 100? Don’t hesitate to contact us so we can find the best solution together.

 

Exchange terms.

You have 14 days to exchange or return your product.

If you want to exchange a product for the right size or you prefer a different model, the return costs are free.

For returns and exchanges, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • the product should have no traces of use (spots, dirt, etc).
  • the product must be undamaged.
  • all labels must still be attached to them and/or in the original packaging.

 

Delivery:

We try to ship ordered items as soon as possible. This normally lasts within 3 business days, you get a track and trace code as soon as the reconciliation is done.

For the returns.

This process is very simple you click here on this link and you will be directed to our return page.

Here you fill in all the necessary data, then you get a label that you can print out yourself. You stick it on the box and put it on the post (or other selected courier).

Once we have received your package and the goods received have been inspected, we will send you your new package as soon as possible.

 

Not satisfied? money back.

Sometimes the product may not be 100 your thing, we understand that and that’s not a problem at all.

Once we have received the products back and they meet the requirements of the exchange terms, you will receive your money back from us within 7 business days.
