“The artist” unique summer cap Derby S.<\/h2>\n

This unique<\/strong> summer cap is, as we say in Antwerp, “ne specialeke” \u2014 a one-off. Not in a bad way, thankfully: to my eye it looks like a watercolor painting.<\/p>\n

I named this cap “The artist” for that reason, and because I think it has something artistic about it. It is not really a cap for every day, or for everyone.<\/p>\n

The playful patterns<\/strong> on the cap add character<\/strong> and are part of its charm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Like “The handler”, the cap is based on the traditional flat cap<\/strong>, only less flat and made with a little more volume.<\/p>\n

If you like traditional shapes, this cap will suit you without looking dated.<\/p>\n

The lining, like the cap itself, is 100% cotton \u2014 a good cloth for summer.<\/p>\n

The one thing to watch when ordering is that it runs slightly smaller<\/strong> than indicated (about half a size).<\/p>\n

So it is best to take one size larger<\/strong> than you normally wear.<\/p>\n
